Morning Bliss Smoothie

Are you a coffee drinker?  Put that coffee aside for a day and try this delicious Morning Bliss Smoothie.  This creamy sweet concoction will get you moving without the crash you get from caffeine.  It’s also loaded with vitamins and nutrients that offer a plethora of other health benefits.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Program: Smoothies

Yield: 2 servings


  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 Golden Delicious (or green) Apple
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Pear
  • 1/2 cup Green Grapes
  • 3 Medjool Dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice


1.  Place all ingredients into your Vitamix container and secure lid.
2.  Select Smoothies program.
3.  Press Start.
4.  Wait for cycle to finish.
5.  Pour and enjoy!
