Today we dive into one of my all time favorite, satisfying and simple vegan recipes, Chocolate Cherry Ginger smoothie. It contains absolutely no dairy all! I’m hard pressed to call this a smoothie because it feels more like a dessert.

I would've never thought that they would be good together. But, I took the risk and was amazed at the taste. It really tastes like a mint chocolate chip smoothie or shake. Hard to believe it's healthy!
