  • 2 Valencia Oranges
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 Medjool Dates
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1/2 cup Water


  1. Prepare fruit for blending (slice oranges and remove peeling, pit dates, and peel bananas).
  2. Place all ingredients into your Vitamix container and secure lid.
  3. Select Smoothies program.
  4. Press Start.
  5. Wait for cycle to finish.
  6. Pour and enjoy!
