Tropical Plum Smoothie

Yield:  2 glasses


  • 1 slice mango
  • 1 pineapple ring
  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 red plums
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups ice

Let’s Blend!

1.  Remove the peeling from all fruits except for the green apple.  Be sure to pit your avocado and plums.

2.  Place all ingredients into the blender, adding the ice last.  Make sure lid is secure.

3.  Start on manual, slowly working your way up to high.  Let it blend until you have a light and creamy consistency.  Do not leave it on for too long.  Blending too long will warm your drink.  Add more ice if necessary.
