Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Avocado, firm
- Ginger (sliced)
- Soy Sauce
Steps
- Wash all Veggies
- Cut cucumber in hald and trim off ends.
- Peel cucumber and remove center seeds
- Cut cucumber into 4 pieces and then into thin strips
- Peel and Pit avocado into this slice and add cucumber
- cut ginger into small pieces and mix in
- stir in a quarter sized amount of wasabi
- drizzle with soy sauce
