Old-School-A-Z1

While I’m sure you’d love to shout the benefits of a plant based diet on your health, the planet, and for the animals everywhere you go, describing the cruelty, blood and gore of the meat and dairy industries isn’t appropriate discussion at your grandmother’s dinner table or your office party. Be prepared for the typical protein questions, to be informed that they couldn’t give up bacon, and to be told about that one vegan somebody knew who was really sickly.
