I’m a vegetarian runner. I’ve been running since June 2012, a vegetarian since April 2010. Being eco friendly and organic are very important to me. I also love walking for charities, biking for fun, attending local music events, and art festivals.

What made you start running?

Just wanted to try it out and I ended up really enjoying it.

What keeps you motivated?

RACES!

Kashi cereal with almond milk

Sambazon protein smoothies

What do you tell yourself when you are struggling?

Just a few more miles.
