Could it really be that I’m on Day 6? This is amazing! And I’m feeling great!! I’m also looking great (if I say so myself). The initial weight loss that occurred in the first 24 hours, has subsided. My weight is now balancing out; actually it’s increasing! But that’s not the only thing changing. Over the last 5 days, I’ve become completely at peace with my food, myself, and my surroundings. Those first day jitters are completely gone. I’ve also become pretty quick at creating all-fruit recipes. And of course, I want to share those with you. So, what did I come up with on Day 5? Let’s take a look.
Beginning Weight: 142 lbs
Weight Loss: +1 lb
