- 4 Medium Tomatoes
- 2 Medjool Dates
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- juice of 1/3 lemon (approx. 1 1/2 tsps)
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- pinch Fresh Oregano (garnish/optional)
2. Select Soups program.
[If you are using the 5200 series blender, simply work your way to high setting and leave there for approximately 4-5 minutes or until soup is hot]
